Farewell to Dadio!
It has been a crazy couple of weeks. First of all I went to Denver almost 2 weeks ago and helped my dad drive back to Utah. It was fun going on a road trip and a last hoorah with my dad. Then this past week has been spent babysitting my little brother and sister while my parents are in Georgia. My dad has a final school he has to go to there and my mom went with him for their last goodbye. This Thursday my dad is shipping off to Iraq. Its crazy to think that he is going over there...again. Its been hard to see him leave, and people ask my mom and my family all the time how we do it so many times. In the past seven years my dad has been to Iraq and Afghanistan several times..coming home for short periods of time. It will sound weird, but we have almost gotten used to it. There is of course still that fear of the unknown, but we have seen time and time again that our Heavenly Father is looking over him and protecting him. I love my dad so much. He is such a wonderful example to me. I just wanted to put a little post about my dad and my hero. Hopefully the next 6 months will fly by so we can see him again!

Tag, I'm IT!
So I guess I have to go to the 4th folder and find the 4th picture and post it. Well...I am at my parents house...but I will go to my folder I had from high school and see what is in there...lemme see....yeah I found it...OH! here it is....now fourth picture....I got it!

This is one of my favorite pics from playing basketball. Well there it is..and I tag Lyndsi, Robin, and Jamie! And I'm not exactly sure how to add the tag on the actual post so that they can see it...but hopefully they get the message...if not oh well I guess!

"Things happen for a reason"
Well it has been awhile since I have posted a blog, and today I find myself sitting in the surgical waiting room at the UofU hospital and I suppose now is as good of a time as any to update the blog.
My grandpa is having surgery today, and that is why I can't be found in this place known as the "surgical waiting room". It reminds me of the book Oh The Places You Go by Dr. Suess....people just waiting. Of course, in this waiting room people are waiting for those in surgery. But who knows, they might be waiting for death, for health, and the most likely is waiting for the unknown to become the known. It's a sad place to be. Luckily, I have learned to take life as it comes and it helps a lot knowing that my grandpa is doing ok. I sit here and look at the other people...some upset, some sad, some mad...and I think, "Gosh I'm lucky to know what I know". I am so lucky that I have the knowledge that life goes on after this. There is something more to look forward to, actually that thing is the most important thing. I get to be with Jayson forever. Jayson and I will be an eternal family, and that is a fact. That alone has been getting me through some tough times. No matter what happens in this life...whether or not I am poor or rich, healthy or sick, or just your average Joe; I have the opportunity to be with Jayson forever. YAY!! :)
I'm sorry if I have kind of skipped all over the place, first talking about the waiting room, and then going on to my knowledge of the true gospel of Jesus Christ.
Basically, I just wanted to say that I know that there is so much more joy that I will be able to experience, and even through all the pain that I will experience here on this earth I know that it won't matter in my eternal perspective of things.
Also, I would just like to make a little random side note and thank my husband for everything that he has done to help our little family grow. He is my rock, and I don't know what I would do without him. Today he gave my grandpa a blessing, which is quite a big deal because he has been so anti-religion for most of his life. It meant a lot to me that he would only allow Jayson to give him a blessing. Jayson has this wonderful talent of touching peoples' lives in what might seem the most simplest of ways, but it changes the lives of those around him. Everyday I am amazed at his ability to instantly love people. I hope that one day I can have that kind of passion towards those I come in contact with, even strangers.
Well if this isn't the most random post you have ever read I would like to see the other. :)

OUR WYO WEEKEND
Jayson and I headed to Mountain View Wyoming this weekend to see my brother and his little family. We got to hang out with my nieces, go fishing and shooting, and just enjoy the beautiful WYOMING weather. I am from Wyoming and I miss it so much, so it was really good to get back and be there. We had a lot of fun and are hoping to get back to see them soon.

THE CUTEST NEPHEWS AND NIECES, yup I'm a lucky aunt
Shootin the bull...or the dishes
SAY GOODBYE TO THE DISHES!!
Jayson and I went shooting the other weekend, and it was a blast! We got some new dishes for our wedding and decided that we would shoot the old ones. It was kind of a hot day so we didn't stay out too long, but it was a pretty fun time. We also shot some Mountain Dew bottles that we had from right before we got married that had turned bad so we shot those two also, well I actually shot the first one...but Jayson got the second one.
Our 24th of July Weekend
I know its late but here are some pictures of our 24th weekend, or more like our week because we went up there camping from Wednesday to Sunday...but it was lots of fun being with the Limb side of the family. We had a fun time cliff jumping, swimming, eating, four wheeling, shooting, and playing games.
